1. Introduction

This PAIA Manual is prepared in accordance with the Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2 of 2000 (“PAIA”) and describes how requests for access to records held by New Perspective Studio (Pty) Ltd may be made.

The purpose of this manual is to promote transparency, accountability, and lawful access to information held by private bodies, subject to applicable legislative requirements and limitations.
