Only one of them is inflation. ### 1. Annual increases of about 10% We raise prices by roughly 10% a year to keep pace with costs. Compounded over two years, that accounts for about 21%. Every package except e-commerce rose by more than that, and the difference is explained by the next three reasons. ### 2.
