We saw a strategic opportunity to position TaxOn not only as credible—but as **modern, trustworthy, and digitally visible** in Pretoria’s crowded financial services space. ## The Client: TaxOn, Pretoria-Based Accounting Experts TaxOn is a professional tax and accounting firm operating in Pretoria, South Africa. Their team offers services in tax planning, compliance, payroll, bookkeeping, and advisory—serving small businesses, professionals, and growing enterprises. What sets TaxOn apart is their ability to explain complex financial matters simply and deliver consistently high-quality service. However, none of that was reflected in their online identity—because it didn’t exist yet. --- ## The Challenge When we first connected with TaxOn, their digital presence was… nonexistent. No website, no logo, no branded communication tools—nothing. They needed: - A brand identity that would resonate with Pretoria-based entrepreneurs and business owners - A professional accounting website that inspired confidence in both individual and corporate clients - A platform that would help them **compete digitally** in a highly saturated, trust-driven market - SEO groundwork to help them begin generating organic traffic --- ##  Our Solution ### Branding and Identity Design We created a bold, clever brand that merges “Tax” and “On” to reflect momentum, clarity, and digital agility. The name **TaxOn** became a symbol of proactivity—and the logo was designed to reflect that: sharp, modern, and distinctive. ### Website Strategy & UX Execution The (https://taxon.co.za/), was designed to be clean, confident, and conversion-oriented. Key features included: - **Modern imagery** featuring young professionals and entrepreneurs—visually aligning with their ideal client - A **custom JavaScript service filter** with icons to improve UX and help users quickly identify relevant services - A **“How We Work” section** to explain their process and reduce barriers to inquiry - A **unique pricing page** with tiered service packages and a pop-up offer: “Get 1 month free when signing up for 12 months” - Custom **HTML email signatures** to ensure the team’s professionalism extended to every client interaction - **SEO for accounting firms:** Basic SEO was implemented on the website to get them off to a Good start with Google. This involved following Google guidelines on best practices for websites such as optimised h1, h, h3 alt tags in images.
